Historical Restoration

MLC Building got its start in Historical Restoration back in the early 90’s.

We have done restoration and preservation on many historical structures as far as Muskegon, MI.

This type of work required us to become licensed and certified in asbestos and lead abatement.

The preservation of historical structures is important to us, it’s the foundation of the company. The quality of construction from the past is what we thrive to maintain today.

MLC Building has worked on some of the largest and most intricate homes and commercial buildings in southeast Michigan.  Some notable projects include Henry Ford’s buildings in Saline, MI, and the old Governor Moses Wisner mansion in Pontiac, MI.  MLC Building also worked on the Byers’ farm house in the Commerce Twp. parks system and many other beautiful privately owned homes in Oakland County.
