Remodeling Projects

MLC Building got its start in Remodeling back in the early 90’s.

MLC Building Co. remodeling projects include one of Henry Ford’s original buildings in Saline, Michigan located on the Raisin River.

The expansion and restoration of these structures are the basis of which MLC Building was formed. From adding additions to restoring old Victorian homes in downtown areas, MLC Building has had hands-on projects in every aspect of remodeling.

Our company motto has been: “A good restoration job is one which no one knows has been done”.

Regardless of the size of the project, the attention to detail and the experience of the staff make the best blueprint for a product of excellence.
